Our programs are led by Johnathan Frisk, an active North Carolina law enforcement officer who has trained more than 40,000 people. Based in Charlotte, NC, we deliver de-escalation training, active shooter survivor training, CPTED security assessments and emergency response planning for organizations across the country.
